We do our best to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and pack sizes. However:

• Fresh produce naturally varies in appearance, size, and ripeness from batch to batch
• Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from what’s delivered
• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time, without affecting orders already placed

04Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our site is an offer to buy. We’ll send an order confirmation by email, but this doesn’t guarantee acceptance — we may need to cancel or adjust an order if:

• An item is out of stock or unavailable
• We spot a pricing or listing error
• We’re unable to deliver to your address

If this happens, we’ll contact you and refund any payment already taken.

05Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment processor. We don’t store your full card details on our servers. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or delivery.

06Delivery

We aim to deliver within the timeframes shown at checkout, but these are estimates, not guarantees — especially for fresh items, where timing depends on the day’s stock and delivery route.

If you’re not available to receive a fresh order and it’s left unattended or returned to us, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

07Returns & Refunds

08Accounts

If you create an account with us, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
